Join Adzz R&D division! As a Fullstack Team Leader you’ll build and cultivate a strong team of engineers, develop workflows and methodologies and choose the technologies you’ll be using in order to build all of Adzz internal & external products.

What You’ll Do

  1. Assemble a team of developers and create workflows and methodologies

  2. Choose the cutting edge technologies the team will be using.

  3. Collaborate with developers from different groups within Adzz

  4. Create the product’s roadmap together with the group’s Product Manager

  5. Prioritize tasks and set deadlines.

  6. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members  for specific projects or initiatives.

  7. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

  8. Hire freelancers and other remote workers as needed for development projects.


What We’re Looking For

  1. 3+ years of experience as a team leader

  2. Good understanding of Frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS etc.)

  3. Solid knowledge in Backend (node.js, JVM)

  4. Good understanding of architecture and design

  5. A passion for hands-on coding - an advantage

To succeed in this role you need to be an assertive people’s person who’s focused on leading your team to realize its vision. You’ll be working closely with developers from different groups in Adzz, so good communication skills and the ability to prioritize your team's schedules and goals are a must.
